Products & Product Information
All products from Hey Bae Body Co. are handcrafted in small batches.
Due to the nature of handmade body care products and varying fragrance materials, color and texture may vary depending on the scent selected. Some fragrances naturally affect the final appearance, consistency, or shade of a product.
These variations are normal and do not affect product quality or performance.
All products are for external use only.
Allergies & Ingredient Responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing all ingredient information prior to purchase. Hey Bae Body Co. is not responsible for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or misuse of products.
We recommend performing a patch test before full use of any product.
If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.
Warm Weather Disclaimer
Some products may soften, melt, or change texture during transit in warm weather.
- Soothing Body Lotions and Hydrating Body Butters may soften in heat but will return to normal consistency after settling at room temperature.
- Whipped Body Butters are especially heat sensitive and may melt in high temperatures. These products are generally only sold during cooler months, but customers should still remain mindful of temperatures in their location.
Texture changes caused by weather do not affect product quality or performance.
Orders & Processing Times
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Processing times do not include shipping transit time.
Please note that processing times may increase during launches, sales, holidays, or high-volume periods. In these cases, changes in processing times will be announced via e-mail, Facebook brand page, and the Facebook group "Hey Bae Social Club".
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including orders suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, or policy violations.
Shipping
Once an order has been shipped, Hey Bae Body Co. is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or transit issues.
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
At Hey Bae Body Co., every product is carefully handcrafted and created for personal use. Due to the nature of body care and cosmetic products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Order cancellations may be requested, but cannot be guaranteed. If your order has already begun processing, has been packed, or has shipped, it will no longer be eligible for cancellation.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order information so we can review the issue.

All content on this website, including branding, logos, product names, photos, graphics, descriptions, and text, is the property of Hey Bae Body Co. and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
