At Hey Bae Body Co., every product is carefully handcrafted and created for personal use. Due to the nature of body care and cosmetic products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Order cancellations may be requested, but cannot be guaranteed. If your order has already begun processing, has been packed, or has shipped, it will no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@heybaebodyco.com with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the issue
• A brief description of the problem

We will review each case individually and work to make it right.
