Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Processing times do not include shipping transit time.

Please note that processing times may increase during launches, sales, holidays, or high-volume periods. In these cases, changes in processing times will be announced via e-mail, Facebook brand page, and the Facebook group "Hey Bae Social Club".

Warm Weather Disclaimer

Due to the nature of handcrafted body care products, exposure to heat during transit may affect texture and consistency.

  • Soothing Body Lotions and Hydrating Body Butters may soften during warm weather. This is completely normal. Simply allow the product to settle at room temperature and it should return to its normal consistency.
  • Whipped Body Butters are especially heat sensitive and may melt in high temperatures. For this reason, whipped products are only sold during cooler months/winter seasons. However, customers should still remain mindful of temperatures in their location and the mailbox area.

Texture changes caused by heat do not affect product performance or quality.

Shipping Delays, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been shipped, Hey Bae Body Co. is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or transit issues.

If your package is delayed, marked delivered but missing, or lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or request assistance.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
